Waltham Forest Family History Society meetings
Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, except August, at Spruce Hill Baptist Church Hall, Brookscroft Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JP, starting at 8pm and finishing at 10pm.

|10th July||Workshop: "My ancestor at war" In recent years there has been considerable focus on what happened in the Great War a century ago, and new sets of military records have been released. What have you found useful?|

|11th December||Talk: Insanity in the Family, by Kathy Chater|
Talks are given both by members of the society and by guest speakers.
In workshops we aim to learn from each other, provoking discussion, sharing discoveries, methods used, and information sources that have been useful when researching in particular fields.
The programme may be changed due to the availability of speakers.
